About the Championship
The 2016 Gulf South Conference Men's Soccer Championship starts with First Round action on Tuesday, Nov. 1 at the No. 3 and No. 4 seeds, followed by the Semifinals and Finals at the No. 1 seed on Friday, Nov. 4and Sunday, Nov. 6. This will be the 21st GSC Championship Tournament.
No. 1 seed West Alabama claimed its second consecutive GSC Tournament Title in 2015. UWA posted a 2-0 shutout of No. 6 seed West Florida in front of its home crowd inside Tiger Stadium in Livingston, Ala. A complete recap of last year's finals can be found HERE.
