About the Championship
The 2014 Gulf South Conference Volleyball Championship starts with First Round action on Tuesday, Nov. 11 at the No. 3 and No. 4 seeds, followed by the Semifinals and Finals at the No. 1 seed on Saturday, Nov. 15 and Sunday, Nov. 16. This will be the 33rd annual GSC Volleyball Championship Tournament.
The University of West Florida claimed its sixth consecutive Title in 2013 after dropping the first two sets to West Georgia. UWF's Title marked just the second time in league history that a team has won six straight Titles, following North Alabama which strung together seven in a row from 1996-2002.
