UAH Narrowly Leads Women's Pack After Two Days at the TF Championships
ROME, Ga. - The top three teams through two days at the GSC Track and Field Championships are separated by just eight points. UAH holds a narrow one point lead over Lee heading into the final day, and the defending champions from West Georgia are just eight points back.

NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
- Freshman Jordan Allison set a new heptathlon record for the conference meet, finishing with 4197 points.
- Shorter's Cristina Aldana took home her second gold, breaking the old triple jump record and setting a new high mark for the league in 2017.
- Camilla Sims broke the old shot put championship record with her throw of 12.32m as just a freshman.
- Bailey Simmons had the conference's best mark this year in the hammer, and even though she fell short of her season best, she broke the old conference meet mark.
