Delta State Marches on to GSC Tournament Final
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Delta State advanced to the 2015 VisitSpaceCoast.Com GSC Tournament Final at the Pete Hanna Center defeating Shorter, 75-65.

KEY MOMENT
After retaking the lead 50-49 with 12:33 remaining, DSU went on a 20-6 run midway through the second half and never relinquished the lead from that point.
QUOTABLE
"These kids were in the finals last year" Delta State Head Coach Craig Roden said. "Our job is to extend it a game further. That was one of my priorities when I took over this program. I told the girls [at the beginning of the season] that this is a unique situation in the change of coaches, we don’t have to teach you how to win; you already know how to win."
NOTABLE
DSU will make its 22nd finals appearance, the most in conference history. DSU is 15-6 in GSC Final games, with the last coming in 2009.
